Before you lead, you must land.

We spend 7 days in an initiation into Unwind & Grind™ The Official Divine Booty Shaking Experience™, nourishing your body first through:

• The Ritual: Heart Circles, Tree Bath Vision Walks, and Soul-Feedback.

• The Stillness: Nature worship and somatic integration to regulate your nervous system.

• The Dance (Diasporic Foundations):

  • Foundations: Hip Hop, West African, & Egyptian.

  • Brazilian Forms: Samba, Capoeira, and the symbology of the Orixás.

  • Afro-Latin Roots: Cumbia, Merengue, and Salsa.

• Practice Labs: Finding your voice in Space Command and mastering the Unwind & Grind™ signature sequences.

THE METHODOLOGY: What You Will Lead

• Invocation: Setting intentions and calling in the spirit.
