Unwind & Grind™ is more than a workshop—it is a sacred, high-vibration movement ritual designed to facilitate embodied liberation. We invite your community into a culturally rooted,trauma-informed 2SLGBTQIA+ centering, and BIPOC-affirming sanctuary where participants move from "thinking" their dance to visceral freedom. By fusing Afro-Latin-Modern-Hip Hop with deep somatics, we provide a pleasure-affirming container to reconnect with spirit—free from performance pressure and the noise of the daily grind.

The Embodied Revolution

The Embodied Revolution (The ER) is a global movement for social change that bridges artistic leadership with somatic wellness to equip those on the front lines of activism, education, and creativity. As a branch of SOL VIDA®, we utilize The SOL VIDA Method™ to provide intentional, culturally rooted containers where "artivists" and leaders move from cognitive burnout to visceral solidarity. Through a sacred sequence of Movement Labs, Healing Arts Circles, and Collaborative Creation, we facilitate the deep body release and group connection necessary to stay well while shifting normalcy.
