Part grown-up rave, part Afro-Ecstatic-Somatic dance, part moving meditation. Guided by Axé and The Keepers, UNWIND & GRIND™ is a weekly two-hour dance ritual to unravel, release, and remember who you really are. Come as you are into this transformative dance experience—activating deep self-care while leaving the traditional club scene and toxic, competitive dance classes behind. This space holds you through grounding embodiment practices, body liberation, somatic sensuality, and authentic community connection.

When: Every Thursday, Oct 1 – Nov 19 | 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM (Doors open 6:15 PM)

Where: Baker Historic District, Denver (Exact address provided upon registration)

Space: Centering BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) & 2SLGBTQ+ (Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Queer+)

Welcome: All movement styles, levels, body shapes, and backgrounds are welcome on the floor.

Age Policy: 18+ (Under 18 welcome with parent/guardian; sessions contain mature music and uninhibited expression.)

🎒 How to Prepare 🎒

• Come As You Are: This is a judgment-free liberation zone.

• What to Wear: Comfortable layers you can sweat and move freely in.

• Footwear: Bare feet, socks, or clean studio dance shoes.

• What to Bring: Full water bottle (journal + pen and altar offerings are optional).

• Accessibility & Transit: Free connected parking lot available. Accessible via RTD Bus Route 0 (Broadway & W 1st Ave). Venue requires climbing a few steps to enter; a ramp is available with advance notice. Exact address sent upon registration.

Single Session Pass: $50

8-Week Full Series Pass: $222 (by 9/26) $333 (starts 9/27)

Radiant Abundant Joy Season Pass: $555 (Includes 8-week series, Dance Crew & 2 guest passes)

• Pre-Registration is required for all sessions and will close 1 hour prior to the session. No Walk-Ins at the door.

• Payment Installments available for checkout for Series & Season Passes.

• 3.5% Processing Fee added to suppor the organization and artist fees--thanks so much!

💚 Community Equity & Reciprocity (NOTAFLOF) 💚

No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds. We offer 5 Creative Exchange spots per session. Volunteers arrive at 6:00 PM and stay until 9:00 PM to assist with setup and breakdown. Email info@solvidaworldwide.com to claim a spot.
